In addition to getting really excited, we recommend having the below ready before your bike delivery:
- Make sure to have your WiFi password ready.
- Select a spot for your bike within 8 feet of an outlet so you can plug it in. Choose an area where internet access is strong. We require greater than 10 Mbps upload and download speed; 802.11n or better WiFi. You can perform a Speedtest HERE.
- Have your Flywheel account username and password handy. If you purchased the bike through Amazon.com, you will need to activate your subscription. Please CLICK HERE for more information on activating your subscription.
- Download the Flywheel Sports app for iOS or Android.
