Does delivery include installation and set-up?
Yes, your bike will already be assembled when it arrives. If you purchased the all-in-one bike (with the built-in display), our delivery partner will ensure that your bike syncs with the built-in display.
How much is shipping and how is my bike delivered?
Shipping is $299.00 and will include a white glove delivery service. Our delivery partner will deliver your bike already assembled, and there will be a simple process for initial set-up so you can start riding!
How will I know when my bike is on the way?
The day prior to your scheduled delivery, you will receive a 4-hour window in which your delivery will arrive. Our delivery partner will call 30 minutes prior to delivery, and the estimated set-up process will take under 1 hour.
Can I pick the date that my bike is shipped? Can I change this date?
Our delivery partner will reach out and work with you to determine a delivery date. If you'd like to make any modifications to your delivery date, you'll receive our delivery partner's contact information to make any changes.
I purchased accessories and the bike. Should I expect to receive two separate confirmation and shipping emails?
You'll receive one order confirmation and one shipping confirmation for your accessories and a phone call from our delivery partner regarding the delivery of your bike. You'll also receive an email including what to expect for your delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery window?
Our delivery partner will reach out to you to re-schedule your delivery. Please note that missing your delivery is subject to a missed delivery charge. You may also contact our delivery partner if you missed your delivery window.
Can I track my order?
We will not be offering tracking information for the bike. You will receive tracking information for any apparel or accessories purchase.
Oops, I input the wrong shipping address. How can I change this?

When will my bike be available for delivery and how will I be notified?
Once your bike is ready to ship, you'll receive a phone call from our delivery partner, XPO Logistics, Inc., to schedule your delivery.
