We offer intensely fun Stadium Cycling and off-bike Precision Training workouts to help you train like the athlete you already are…or want to be.
Our cycling classes include our signature Method Ride, our advanced Power Ride and our beat-based rhythmic class Tempo. Classes are offered in 20, 30, 45 or 60-minute options. We have themes, too, featuring specific genres of music. The formats for themes vary (for example, a theme class can be a Method 45 or a Power 45) – but they’ll ALL get you pumped up. Our off-bike Precision Training workouts are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and help you recover.
FlyBarre features light weights and high reps for a lean, sculpted look, FlyFIT features heavier weights and intense cardio drills to boost strength and performance, and FlyRecover features stretching and foam rolling for a restorative and regenerative session. FlyBarre is offered in 20, 30 or 45 minute classes. FlyFIT and FlyRecover are offered in 10, 20 or 30 minute sessions.
