We sure do. First, make sure that your bike is adjusted correctly. After completing set-up, make sure that all the adjustment knobs are locked and tightly fastened. We recommend having a water bottle and towel with you to keep hydrated and cool during class. Remember to work hard, but take a minute to recover if you need it! And we like to say that minimal distractions help maximize performance, so turn off those email and text notifications so you can really get in the zone.
