If you're having trouble connecting your Fly app with your bike, we recommend taking these steps:
- Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on.
- Start pedaling to turn on your bike.
- Make sure that your batteries are in working condition. Our batteries are 2D batteries. You can find the battery compartment on the left-hand side of the bike next to the pedal.
- If you're switching between users or devices, please wait at least 5 minutes until you use your device on your bike.
