Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your bike order prior to scheduling a delivery by contacting our Member Experience team at (888) 589 - 8431.
If you have not scheduled your delivery, you will be refunded the full amount. If you have already scheduled your bike delivery, please contact our delivery partner to cancel your delivery and order. If your bike is not en route to you, you will be refunded the full amount.
What is your bike return policy?
You can return your bike 30 days from delivery. Once we receive your bike, we will inspect it and asses the bike for any damages. Refunds are issued minus the re-stocking fee ($299.00) and shipping fee ($299.00).
How can I return my bike purchase?
Please contact our Member Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can get the return process started! Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
How long does it take to process a return for my bike purchase?
Once you have started the refund process with our Member Experience team, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a bike pick-up. Refunds take about 1-2 weeks from when your bike has been picked up.
What's included in the bike's warranty?
You will receive a 1-year warranty at the time of purchase, which guarantees the FLY Anywhere bike to be free of all defects in material and workmanship. You may also purchase a 2 or 3-year extended warranty at the time of bike purchase.
